I have known Charlie for just over 4 years now when she joined out team in private care.

Charlie is the loveliest person you will ever meet, very friendly and approachable and easy to talk to.

Charlie is hardworking, professional, dedicated and a real asset to the job, nothing seems to faze Charlie.

Charlie is always willing to learn and able to adapt to different situations she will go above and beyond to help others out, no job is too big for her.

Charlie is a very compassionate person who cares deeply for others, is always willing to lend a helping hand and to make sure people she cares for are happy and comfortable and take care of.

I have loved working with Charlie over the years and I'll miss her deeply, she will be truly amazing at her new role.

We have had the pleasure of Charlie working with our team for the last 4 plus years.

She has cared for our 23-year-old son with very complex medical needs.

Charlie is a very happy and competent lady.

She was very hard working and worked well within the team.

We will be sad to see her go but wish her the very best in her new venture which I'm sure she will excel at.

Charlie has worked a mixture of waking nights and day shifts and has always been very flexible and has been more than happy to come in at short notice to cover shifts.

I met Charlie over 9 years ago. I had only worked in care for 2 years but this was a different aspect of care that I had never worked in before.

Charlotte always had a smile on her face and was willing to take time out to show you the ropes or be there to help and support you if you needed help or was stuck on something, she was kind, caring and compassionate not only to the people we support but also anyone that came into contact with Charlotte.

Charlotte is the definition of care she doesn't do it because it's a job but she does it because it is her passion.

Charlotte's attention to detail, the time she takes, the love and understanding for other people's needs is undeniable. Charlotte will always go that extra mile and above and beyond to make sure that all needs and wishes of the families she is supporting or the individual are answered, to ensure the health and happiness of that person she is supporting.

I have known Charlie for 2 years and have had the pleasure to work beside her within the care industry.

Charlie is very efficient, detail-oriented and extremely competent.

Charlie is very organised and often complete task before the deadline.

Charlie has excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).

Charlie can adapt to any situation she is given and her caring knowledge is truly excellent.

I met Charlie over 20 years ago when she started working at options day service where I was her senior at the time.

Charlie was a huge asset to the team and went above and beyond and always gave 100% to everything she was asked to do.

We went on to become very close friends and still are to this day.

I went on to have twin boys prematurely. Charlie was an absolute huge support to me and my twin boys and still plays a huge part of their lives now and they are 18.

Charlie gave me respite when I needed it as my husband worked away at the time and nothing was too much for Charlie.

I would gladly leave Charlie with my boys and know that they will have the best time and care that I could ask for.

Charlie's knowledge of special needs is exceptional and she can adapt to any situation that is thrown at her and does it without hesitation and professionalism.
